Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipping and tax will be added to the final invoice. Small items will automatically ship UPS or US Post. For LTL / Freight shipments, we will contact you before fulfilling your order with rates that will apply.

Whether your order is shipped from our warehouse or drop shipped directly from the manufacturer, it is important that it arrives promptly and in perfect condition at the lowest possible rates available.

For large and heavy items we use Common Carrier/LTL freight companies. 

Please inform us of your preference of freight options (Tailgate, Liftgate, Inside delivery)  for large items, ex. treatment tables, bikes, treadmills

1. TAILGATE DELIVERY:      Also known as Dock to Dock.  Customer helps the driver remove merchandise from back of the truck TO DOCK OR STREET LEVEL.

The Customer is responsible for moving merchandise into building. This is the least expensive freight method

 2. LIFTGATE DELIVERY:      Driver uses liftgate on truck to bring freight to the ground.  

Customer is responsible for moving merchandise into building. EXTRA charges are associated with this method.

 3. INSIDE DELIVERY:           Driver remove merchandice from back of truck and brings it inside building past the first door. Driver does not take carton(s) apart.

  Requires liftgate service if no dock available  EXTRA charges are associated with this method      

We will contact you before fulfilling your order with any LTL or freight rates that will apply.

Small items ( most supplies) will ship ground via UPS, US Post or Fed Ex automatically

Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If the item was ordered incorrectly or is beyond the 30 day time frame it may be subject to a 10-25% restocking fee along with the cost of shipping to the manufacturer.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
